01 — Why the Hub exists
"Email is the
wrong place
for a project."
Most studio work falls apart in the seams. A brief lives in one inbox, a Figma link in another, the invoice in a forwarded PDF, the hosting login in a Slack DM from six months ago. By the time you need any of it, you're scrolling backwards through three apps.
The 9791 Client Hub is our answer. One private workspace per client — projects, hosting, invoices, files, and a real support thread, all in one place. Nothing performative, no dashboards for the sake of dashboards. Just the things you actually need between launches.
It's the same portal our own team uses every day. When something ships, it shows up here first. When you need us, you open a ticket here — not an email no one's CC'd on.
02 — What's inside
Every client gets the same six tools. They're boring on purpose — you should be able to find anything in two clicks.
01
Hub surface
Every active brief, with progress, milestones and the people on it. The same view your project lead sees.
02
Hub surface
Every site we host, with uptime, SSL and DNS status at a glance. Renewals before they catch you out.
03
Hub surface
Every invoice we've ever sent you — paid, pending, overdue. Download, pay, archive. No inbox archaeology.
04
Hub surface
A real thread. Open a ticket, get a reply within a working day, see the whole conversation in one place forever.

Need help pointing DNS to the new server.

On it — sending the records now.
05
Hub surface
Brand assets, logo packs, source files, contracts. Versioned, named properly, never gated behind a personal Drive.
06
Hub surface
The little how-tos: changing DNS, updating a page, swapping a logo. Written for humans, not for IT.

03 — How it works
01
We open your workspace, invite your team, and load the first project brief. You meet the people who'll actually be on the work.
You'll live in
/projects
02
Weekly check-ins land in /projects. Designs, previews, comments — all threaded against the deliverable they belong to. No 'latest version v7-FINAL' files.

03
Domain pointed, SSL provisioned, hosting handed over in /hosting. The launch checklist lives in the Hub so you can see exactly what's done.

04
We stay on. Tickets, renewals, small fixes — all through the Hub. You always know what's running, what's due, and who to ask.

04 — Who it's for
For Founders
You're shipping a brand and a site at the same time as everything else. You need one link to send your accountant, your developer, and your future self.
"I stopped forwarding emails the day we got the Hub."
For In-house teams
Marketing leads, ops managers, comms directors. You need clear status, named owners and a paper trail — without managing the work yourself.
"Finally, a place I can point my CFO at."
For Operators
You run the thing day-to-day. You need DNS, hosting, file access, and a fast reply when something breaks. Not a 14-step ticket form.
"Opened a ticket on a Sunday — reply Monday morning."
05 — Principles
Calm over noisy
No badges, no streaks, no nudges. The Hub is quiet by default.
One link, not ten
Everything we owe you lives behind a single login.
Own your domain
DNS, registrar and hosting in your name. Always.
Boring is a feature
We pick predictable over clever every time.
Reply within a day
A working-day SLA on every ticket, written down.
No surprise invoices
Estimates first. Invoices match. No 'while we were in there'.
